The initial appointment is usually anywhere between 30-45 minutes long, depending on the complexity of your case.
During your first visit, we will discuss your medical history and any current symptoms or concerns you may have. We will also perform a physical exam and may refer you for further diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, if necessary.
If you have had previous diagnostic imaging, we encourage you to bring the reports to the first session, as that may help us with diagnosing your problem and better understanding your case.
Your first visit will also include treatment and you will receive a set of exercises to do at home, in addition to any other lifestyle advise we feel you will benefit from.
All of our pricing is available on our website when you click the online booking button. You will be able to see all the different appointment types we offer and how much they cost.
Yes, we accept all private health care and offer rebates on the spot.
The amount your private health insurance will cover does vary, depending on your insurer, type of cover, etc.
You will need your private health card (either physical or digital). If you do not have your card with you, we will be happy to provide you with an invoice so that you may claim your rebate afterward.

In order to receive a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral letter from your GP. These referrals are known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans and are typically valid for a maximum of 5 sessions.
No, you do not need any referrals or anything else in order to come in and have your first appointment.
If you wish to receive a Medicare rebate however, you will need a referral from your GP (see question above).
